Commercial Roofing & Waterproofing Membranes
Fully Adhered/Loose Laid Ballasted/Mechanically Attached

EPDM (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) Durability, design versatility and installation ease are among the many reasons EPDM is the most popular material for both new and re-roof low-slope roofing applications. EPDM Roofing Systems are based on a high-performance synthetic rubber compound that provides outstanding weathering characteristics in northern climates. EPDM has been the most commonly installed roofing membrane for the past 30 years. With 45, 60 and 90-mil thickness, and large sheet panel widths to minimize seams, EPDM has billions of square feet installed. With a long history of success and the latest improved sheet seaming and reinforcing technology, an EPDM membrane installed by MWRC & SCRC will last over 30 years with an inspection and maintenance program.

TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) are among the fastest growing commercial roofing products and have gained broad industry acceptance for their many performance and installation advantages. TPO is a flexible, hot--air welded thermoplastic roofing membrane available in both 8' and 10' widths. Featuring a white, tan or gray reflective surface, a TPO roof system can help reduce a building's cooling requirements.

PVC (polyvinyl chloride) Outstanding weathering characteristics, energy efficiency, installation ease and durability are among the many advantages of PVC roofing systems. PVS is a flexible thermoplastic roofing membrane and has a superior chemical and animal fat resistance than similar membranes. This hot-air welded, polyester scrim-reinforced membrane has a white, reflective surface, and is available in 45-mil and 60-mil thickness.

Services

In addition to our full time leak repair services, we can maximize the life of your existing roof through annual roof maintenance inspections. Inspecting and making remedial repairs to the existing roof systems will discover problems before they develop into a roof leak. This prevents the irreparable damage to the roof system, insulation, structural decking, ceiling and the valuables beneath from water damage and mold growth. Maintaining your roof will also result in added savings by increasing the serviceable life of your existing roof systems and enable you to better plan ahead and budget for your future replacement needs. Our customers have seen immediate results and most report realized cost savings in the first year.

EPDM Cool Roof Restoration

Restore: Inhibit further EPDM deterioration, shrinking, chalking, and adhesive failure with a protective elastomeric coating.

Protect: Reinforce seams, flashings, and roof-top penetrations with the application of elastomeric coatings combined with a high-tensile butyl tape.

Preserve: Highly reflective elastomeric coatings act as a "Sacrificial Barrier" to the harmful effects of the sun's UV and infrared heat. Coatings will extend the roof's useful life two to three times its original service expectation.

Metal Cool Roof Restoration

Restore: Inhibit further metal deterioration by eliminating rust and preserving your roof with a protective elastomeric coating.

Protect: Stop leaking seams, fasteners and penetrations with a 90% solid urethane product. Create a complete seal that is impenetrable to water & moisture.

Preserve: Highly reflective finish coats reduce thermal shock experienced by metal during extreme temperature fluctuations, thereby extending the useful life of your metal roof.
